Nobody likes to feel like an outsider without a place to call home. The first-century letter of 1 Peter urges Christians to live faithfully as strangers in a culture that is shaped by different values and priorities. Peter calls the church to remember WHO they are regardless of WHERE they find themselves and to stay focused on who God is, what He has done through Jesus, and the hope that He has given us in the Gospel. In this teaching series through 1 Peter we will explore what it looks like to live as faithful strangers in today’s world.
