What We Do
We have a team of skilled and caring volunteers who want to come alongside you and help in a variety of practical ways. We all need help at some point so just ask! Some of the practical ways we offer help;
- Small household repairs
- Yard work & Odd Jobs
- Meals (grief support, illness, etc)
- Rides to medical appointments or the store
- Financial support (rent, groceries, bills, etc)
- Pregnancy support (baby supplies, counselling, etc)
- And much more!

Want To Help?
We need people willing to donate time, skills and resources.
- Helps Directory: If you have plumbing, carpentry or mechanical skills, or could help with yard work, odd jobs, meals or rides for someone in need, add your name to our Helps Directory and we will periodically call on you when needs arise.
- Community Care Team: Join our team to assist with planning and implementing of Community Care initiatives.
- Referrals: If you know someone who could use some help, please let us know.
- Restore Stouffville Project: We partnered with Restore Canada to respond to the needs of those in our community who are in distress. We are looking for individuals who are interested in helping people in crisis get to a more healthy and sustainable place.
